Yes you can track your order. A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped out.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase, and usually take between 2 – 5 working days to be delivered depending on your location.

Public holidays may affect these times.

Please inspect your extensions when removing from packaging. If you notice a fault with the hair extension please return your order to us and we will give you a refund. We can’t issue a refund if the product as been used.

Yes, you can send your hair extensions back for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the hair is unused and is in good condition. Please note that dyeing, toning or bleaching velosi hair extensions may change the structure and quality of the hair and we do not take responsibility for unwanted results. We do not offer refunds once the hair has been altered in any way.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all items. If you are not 100% happy with your item simply send them back to us unused and good condition for a refund or exchange. Please not that dyeing, toning or bleaching velosi hair extensions may change the structure and quality of the hair and we do not take responsibility for unwanted results.

We do not offer exchange or refunds once the hair has hair has been altered in any way. Please make sure the extensions are sent back in their original packaging , have not been worn and are still in good condition.

There will be no refund if they are not up to standard upon returning.
